ONE Settings

This module provides access to system configuration parameters, connectivity optimization, and user personalization options.
Configuration Sections:
  • General Settings
  • Tweaks
  • Bind +
  • Services
  • Personalization
General Settings

To configure the startup screen, navigate to the "Main Tab" submenu and select the preferred display option to be applied upon system initialization.
General Settings → The Shell configuration menu contains the following operational parameters

  • Manual Mode Control: When deactivated, the system requires manual switching between Consumer and Enterprise modes. The drone inventory will display only models available in the currently active mode.
  • Automatic Flight App Management: When enabled, this feature terminates conflicting flight applications to prevent connection issues (e.g., closes DJI Pilot upon launching DJI Fly).
  • Background Shell Unloading: Improves application performance by closing the ONE shell interface upon launching a flight app. Note: This will disable certain background system services, such as Tweaks, during the flight session.
General Settings → Hardware Modifications contains the following advanced hardware configuration:
  • External antenna/booster mode optimizes transmission power for use with an external antenna or signal booster in non-FCC regulatory environments. This mode preserves dynamic frequency switching between 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands. (Available for RC Pro, RC Pro Enterprise, and RC Plus controllers only.)
The Tweaks tab provides control over regulatory transmission modes (FCC/CE) and GPS functionality. Users can select the appropriate mode for their operational requirements. Advanced settings permit manual regional configuration for specific drone models.

  • ·Drones typically operate within legally permitted frequency and power limits, which are automatically selected based on geographical location.
  • ·For example, regulatory restrictions in Russia permit only low-power transmission on the 2.4 GHz band, which is frequently subject to signal congestion.
  • ·The system offers the capability to manually apply different regulatory standards:

FCC Mode (US Standard): Enables operation at maximum permitted power, primarily on the less congested 5.8 GHz band.
CE Mode (Europe/Russia Standard): Configures the system for low-power operation as required by CE regulations.

Tweak Mode Configuration:

  • FCC / 5.8 / 2.4 GHz – High transmitter power + Available bands: 5.8 GHz, 2.4 GHz.
  • CE / 5.8 / 2.4 GHz – Low transmitter power + Available bands: 5.8 GHz, 2.4 GHz.
  • CE / 5.1–5.2 GHz (Compatibility: Mavic 3E/T/M series) – Low power, restricted band. with firmware 09.xx.
  • CE / 2.4 GHz only – Low transmitter power, single band.
New tweak settings are exclusively supported on DJI RC Pro, DJI RC Pro Enterprise (except V2), DJI RC Plus.
Bind +

This interface provides centralized control for the management and switching of operational drone platforms.

Configuration Settings provides:

  • System Restart Notification: When enabled, a persistent notification banner will prompt the user to restart the remote controller after switching models. (This function applies to 2nd-gen remotes).
  • Persistent Radio Connection: Maintains the active link with the currently connected drone during model selection. This allows for immediate reconnection without undergoing the binding process again.
  • Contextual Application Launch: Automatically initiates the corresponding flight control application (DJI Fly or DJI Pilot) upon selecting a compatible drone model.
  • Alternative RTK/GNSS Routing: Activates a redundant communication path for RTK or GNSS data. This setting is recommended if the primary RTK module fails to display coordinates from the base station.
  • Silent mode: Adds a dedicated software control to the interface, allowing for the immediate deactivation of all radio frequency transmission modules.

Restart Reminder

Firmware 1001 settings
  • Compatibility Mode – activates a dedicated interface with the legacy Firmware 1001 command set for specialized control scenarios..
  • Tweaks Compatibility – allows for the full deactivation of the standard ONE optimization system to ensure seamless operation with the legacy firmware environment.
The Firmware 1001 command suite is designed for and fully supported on our flagship professional controllers: DJI RC Pro, DJI RC Pro Enterprise (except V2), and DJI RC Plus.

Configuration of secure FTP file sharing and VPN connections is available in the Services tab.
The Personalization tab enables customization of the device's color theme and assignment of a remote control identifier for streaming purposes. It also provides options to activate night mode and a dark theme, reducing visual strain in low-light environments.
System updates can be checked and managed in the Update tab.
